As a dissatisfied Homeowners Association Board President I knew how frustrating it is to receive sub-standard landscape management service. My conviction that it could be done better led to the founding of Serpico Landscaping, Inc., in 1989. We continue to grow steadily because we never forget the reason the company was founded, and today we offer our services to businesses and Association Managers throughout the Bay Area.
