The only thing better than a healthy landscape is a happy client.
The Serpico Landscaping Team takes great pride in providing quality full-service landscaping maintenance, irrigation management, design and enhancements, tree care services and above all, peace of mind and satisfaction for our clients. We never stop thinking, working and communicating with our customers, because we can honestly say those partnerships are what our business is all about! Here are some of the things Serpico Landscaping customers have to say about their experience:Valley Terrace undertook a major re-landscaping project as part of the overall refurbishment of our complex. The landscaping project has reaped many benefits for the Association including reducing incidents of vandalism in the clubhouse/pool area; eliminating the hazard of slippery, muddy sidewalks in areas where the landscape had been removed and not replaced; and improving the street appeal of our complex to the point where realtors advertise “lush” landscape. The Change out to the full drip irrigation system should save on the monthly water bill. It has been refreshing to experience the level of customer service exemplified by the Serpico Landscaping Team. One of the sentiments expressed by the Board President and the chair of the Landscape Committee is, “Serpico listens to us!”. Thank you!
As a board member and resident, I very much appreciate the diligence and outstanding results we receive from Serpico. We tried another landscaping company for a year or so and it was a dismal experience. We won’t do that again. It’s great to see the improvement being made to our landscape. Serpico folks seem responsive and responsible for giving us the best results possible. Please know that we appreciate our partnership and we look forward to it for years to come. Wishing you and yours a very Happy Holiday! Please pass on my note as appropriate. Take care and see you soon!
Can’t say enough about the professional care Serpico takes in maintaining the challenging landscape at Altamar at the Ridge. The common area continues to be upgraded along with its curb appeal despite its aging landscape architecture and geographical location. The community has never looked better and with Serpico at the helm we expect even more improvements for association residents.
I would like to give a big shout out to the Serpico team, Heather Dixon, Cesar Delgadillo and the crew that landscapes The Terraces. Heather is always very fast in responding to my emails and concerns, she takes the time and effort to run our requests smoothly. Love her cheerfulness! Where do I start with Cesar! He is golden, always goes above and beyond to help keep our HOA looking great. His designs and suggestions are well received. Because of Cesar we have saved on our water consumption. The crew, takes pride in their work and are always very courteous.
Last Friday a crew came to fertilize and crown-clean our Palm Trees and do some other tree work on the premises. Brendan came out a few days ahead of the work date to check on exactly what needed to be done, and when the crew arrived they set right to work and accomplished everything on the work order. I am especially pleased that they were very accommodating, polite and understanding. The crew chief, Juan, completely understood our situation of trying to satisfy resident condo owners who often have conflicting requests, such as how to trim the trees when one resident wants privacy and the other neighbor wants more light! Juan was patient and diplomatic while we negotiated, and got the job done. It might have taken a little longer, but everyone was satisfied. We have a good start toward making Serpico our Tree Care company as well as our Landscape Maintenance Company. So, special thanks to Juan and his very competent Tree Crew.
Just wanted to let you know how very pleased we are with Horacio and his crew who tend the grounds here at Casa Robles in San Mateo. This past week we had a lovely spring day and the garden was looking particularly nice. I know I speak for many and want you and Juan to know all his teams hard work is appreciated. Special thanks to Horacio for all is ongoing good care of Casa Robles.
We came in $20,000 under budget for water expenses which allows us to spend the $12K on irrigation upgrades. Keep up the good work!
We have SAVED 331,000 gallons of water, or 26% of our previous year’s usage to date. That represents a savings of $1,125. Irrigation repairs during this period cost us $555, so our savings represents a return on investment of 203% in this year alone. I would like to thank everyone at Serpico Landscaping for their continuing attention to this important area. They have accomplished this savings by changing spray patterns and altering water periods as well as repairing the system. And the place looks …. Green!
Implementing the Serpico Tree Management Plan was the smartest thing Laguna Vista HOA ever did! I can’t believe how much better the trees look and we finally have control over our tree budgeting process! Thank you.
Thank You Serpico Landscaping for partnering with us to end hunger in Alameda County, for designing and maintaining such a beautiful landscape and for donating your services in support of our work.
Once our HOA board formed a Landscaping Committee, a search was conducted and we identified Serpico Landscaping as a potential landscaping partner. Serpico experts came in and evaluated our entire property and identified what we needed to do immediately and for years to come. They helped us set up a budget that allocated monies for both short and long term projects. This road map helped us see results within six months of them coming on board and has saved us thousands of dollars in the landscaping renovation of our community. So, if you are looking to enhance the value of your community, Serpico Landscaping will work collaboratively to exceed your expectations, all within a realistic budget. Our community looks so much better since Serpico took over the landscaping and we have truly found a great landscaping service partner!
The Maralisa Board of Directors and Serpico staff members have worked hard to find creative solutions to managing the ongoing drought conditions and still maintain a pleasing common area landscape. Key to accomplishing this is the selection of a drought tolerant plant palette, liberal use of mulch, maintaining watering schedules and being sure to remove dead and dying plant material.
The landscaping at Marble Bay HOA is well maintained and looks great. The Board President and Serpico work together to keep the landscaping at its best.
Just wanted to let you know that the Tree Care crew showed up bright and early this morning and cut down the right two branches on the right tree. It was amazing to watch them work as they coordinated between the one clear up in the tree and the two on the ground who were managing the pieces he cut off. In spite of the size of the branches that came down, none of the rhododendrons or other ground plants suffered! And they did a very good job of cleaning up, both in our yard and down in the street where they ground everything up. The backyard is much more open now and I feel safer. Glad to have it done. Thanks again for your help in this project.
